The imagination is a wondrous thing. It is the gateway to hopes, to dreams and to life. Without it, there would be no art, no music, no literature. If, for some reason, the children couldn't imagine the dinosaurs of previous lives, or the fairies of fantasy, the pleasure of life would vanish. To me, imagination is a key part to life. How dull would life be, with nothing to make your children laugh whilst playing. How uneventful your dreams would be, if nothing played in your mind's eye? Imagination gives way to roads of wishes and legends. Legends gives us mysterious pasts, a history no one can actually say happened. To the young legends are a chance to explore thoughts anew. A chance to play in the rocks of the shore, the forest behind your house. Legends are histories spoken over the warmth of campfires, soft whispers for when the children lay down to rest. Some legends speak of great kings that ruled the lands and disappeared without a trace. Others of great treasure that lay beneath the rocks of our fair lands. It is up to us to find them. - Tiffany Lowe
